Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the timepiece you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the watch back in its original presentation box, ensuring all warranty cards, manuals, and protective films are included to qualify for a full refund.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your shipping box.
Inspection and Refund
